With the dedicated Traveller app, everything you need to use the service is on your smartphone. You can show your membership card on your phone and keep track of how many visits you have left. Downloaded to finda screen giving information about the airport lounge that could not be closed rendering the app unusable. Pity no stars isn't an option.
Took the time to load it and find out its been replaced by another app i need to download log into. Did that and the next app I can't log into as, apparently I need a number that has not been sent to me. Abso rubbish

This is the bigest crock of...o my phone. slow as he'll,crashes when I try to view profile and this is on a Samsung one of most popular phones... I assume the dev is outsourced to cheapest place possible and budget for testing in £0! Call your Premier manager to complain!

This is bollocks I paid this insurance for the airport lounge and u cannot get it. Need to cancel but this is proving impossible. Not happy.......
